1. How do I get started? 

To get started,

Step 1: Create a profile for you or for your dear ones. Register now

Step 2:Complete your profile by adding photo, verifying phone number, filling partner preference and more details about you in edit profile under dashboard to get best attention from members.

Step 3: Search for members who match your expectations and contact them via message, chat or call.

2. How can I register? 

Registration is an easy process which takes only few minutes. Fill out all the required information in the forms and complete your registration. Click here to Register

3. What is profile validation? 

All newly created profiles will undergo validation to check if the data given is proper and without any abusive language or inappropriate content in order to show only authentic and appropriate profiles to the members

4. Why should I upload a photo? 

Uploading a photo will increase your chance of getting best response from prospective matches. Profiles with photos get 20 times more response since members are likely to see profiles with photos. You can also upload your Facebook profile photo now.

5. What is Photo validation? 

The photos you upload will undergo manual validation to check if the photo is proper and decent since we display only real and genuine profile photos.

6.Can I choose my own Matrimony ID? 

No. You cannot choose your Matrimony ID. Only system will generate a Matrimony ID for each profile.

7. Why am I asked to verify my phone number? 

Only verified phone numbers can be displayed to the members. This is to avoid junk or invalid phone number entries. A profile with verified phone number creates genuine feel for other members.

This increases your chance of getting more marriage proposals.

8. What are the Do's and Don'ts in creating a profile? 

Here is the list of Do's and Don'ts while creating your profile.

Do's

Do verify your phone number as this will speed up your search.

Give brief description about yourself, your personality, career, future goals, hobbies and interests, about your partner expectations etc.

Try to fill all the fields which will give maximum information about you.

Do add a clear and recent photograph since profiles with photos get better response.

Give only genuine information about yourself.

Don'ts

Don't display your contact details in your profile, except in the space provided for your contact details.

Don't use abusive or vulgar language.

9. What is partner preference? 

Partner preference will help you find the life partner who exactly matches your expectations based on a set of questions. Based on your partner preference criteria, regular match updates will be sent to your email to find your perfect life partner.

10. I am not allowed to create another profile with same Email ID. Why?

This is to prevent misuse of the site and also to avoid invalid or fake profiles.

 

My Account

1. What is My Account?

'My Account' is your profile page which has all the information related to your profile.

 

Edit profile

1. How can I modify my profile information?

After logging in to your profile, click on the dashboard next to your name on the top right corner. You will have the option 'Edit profile' to complete/modify your profile information.

2. Why should I complete my profile?

Completing your profile will help you get more proposals and the best way to find your like-minded life partner. It only takes few minutes to fill in all the information required. So complete your profile.

3. Can I change my Matrimony ID?

No. matrimony Ids are system generated and cannot be changed.

4. How can I change my password?

You can change your password from my Account in your dashboard.

After logging in to your profile, click on the dashboard next to your name on the top right corner. You will have the option 'change password'.

5. How can I view my profile?

You can click 'View profile' button from 'My Account' page.

6. How can I add more photos to my profiles?

You can add photos by clicking 'Edit Photo' link from 'Edit profile' page.

You have options to add from your computer as well as from your Facebook account.

7. How many photos I can add to my profile?

You can add up to 4 photos to your profile.

8. How long will it take for my photo to appear?

After uploading, your photo will undergo validation process which might take up to 24 hrs. Once validation gets over, your photo will appear to everyone.

9. I don't know how to add my photo online. What can I do?

We are here to help you.

You can mail your photo along with your matrimony ID at the back of the photo and send them by post to any of our offices. We will upload your photo absolutely FREE! If you want your photos back, enclose a self-addressed envelope with prepaid postage.

10. I am not able to add my photo. Why?

Your photo might be more than 1MB or its format might not be compatible with our software. But we can upload it for you.

If your photo is not in GIF/JPG/PNG format or if the image size is more than 1MB, e-mail your photos to us and we will upload it absolutely FREE!

11. Is it possible to change my verified phone number?

Yes. You can edit your phone number from Edit profile or account settings. After editing, you should verify the new phone number also.

12. Can I hide my profile temporarily?

Yes. You can hide your profile temporarily for sometime by selecting 'De-activate profile' option from edit profile. If you hide your profile, there will be no communication between you and other members.

13. Can I delete my profile?

Yes. You can delete your profile by sending request to support@adivasirishta.com .

14. Can I retrieve back my deleted profile?

No. Profiles once deleted cannot be retrieved back.

But you can create a new profile if you wish to continue our services.  Click here to Register .

 

Account setting

1. What are account settings?

Account settings will help you see all the information related to your account where you can also modify that information.

2. How can I change my Email address?

You cannot change your Email address but if you want to change request the same to support@adivasirishta.com.

3. How can I change my verified phone number?

You can change your verified phone number by clicking 'Edit my contact information' link under 'modify my profile' in the my account .

4. Is my contact information safe?

Yes. Your contact information is absolutely safe since we will never share your details to third party. Our site is 100 % safe and secure.

Miscellaneous

1. I got married through Adivasi Rishta. How can I share it?

Congratulations! You can share this great news with the rest of the members by posting your success story in the Post success story page. You will inspire members and in turn you will receive a surprising gift from us.

Don't forget to add your wedding photo to receive the gift.

2. Why does it say 'This profile does not exist' when I search for my match?

The possible reason could be that the member might have deleted or server may be slow .

3. How can I report about a fake / invalid profile?

There is a link in 'conversations' page, to report a fake or invalid profile. You can use that link to report in case if you find any such profiles.

Make sure your report is genuine.

4. Are there any dating/friendship services offered?

No. We do not encourage membership for dating and friendship. This site is only for matrimonial service.

5. I am facing inconveniences and I need help. How can I get assistance?

Upgrade

1. Can I access this site as a free member?

Yes. You can register, search and receive matches as a free member. But if you wish to communicate, then you should become a premium member

2. Why should I avail premium membership?

You can contact members via phone, online chat or message only if you are a premium member.

You can also have privacy of protecting your mobile number and horoscope from all members except for the members whom you wish to show

3. What are the different packages available?

Here are 3 Premium Packs available - Diamond with a validity of 12 months, Platinium with a validity of 6 months, Gold with 3months validity

4. What are the various online payment options available?

You can pay online by Net banking by adding the details given in pay to your net banking .

5. I can't pay online. What are the payment options available for me?

You can pay by the following methods:

Pay at Banks - Visit any of the State Bank of India or ICICI Bank branches across India to make Cash, Cheque / DD payments for with the details availavle in pay now. After depositing the Cheque / DD, call 9589267059 with your Cheque / DD details.

6. Is online payment secure?

Online payment at Adivasi Rishta  is safe and secure. Your credit/debit card details are kept secure during payment transaction which prevents unauthorised access.

7. How long does it take to activate my premium membership after I made my payment?

Online payment instantly reflects on your membership subscription so that you can enjoy all the benefits of premium membership as soon as you pay.

Other payment modes will take approximately 2-5 working days for membership activation.

8. The phone number I viewed is not working. Will that be included in viewed phone number count?

No. You can report if that particular mobile number is not working, changed or if the member got married.
